Refund & Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority at Solace Design

1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received. Return requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery. The product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that customized or stitched outfits, sale items (unless damaged), and products showing signs of wear are not eligible for return or exchange.
3. Refund Process
Once approved, refunds are processed via your original payment method (bKash, Nagad, or Bank) within 7–10 working days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired size or design is unavailable, we will offer store credit or a full refund for the returned item.
