Shipping Guidelines

• Order Processing: All orders placed before 4:00 PM are processed on the same business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation SMS/Email with your tracking ID.
• Custom/Stitched Orders: For customized or stitched ensembles, please allow an additional 7-10 working days for processing before shipment.
• Unboxing Video: We highly recommend recording an unboxing video of your parcel. This will help us resolve any issues regarding damaged or missing items efficiently.
• Delivery Partners: We work with reputable courier services (Steadfast, Paperfly, RedX, etc.) to ensure your luxury wear reaches you safely.
